        The goal In order to obtain new knowledge about the sources and possibilities of contamination and poisoning of animals pesticides, drugs, chemicals, industrial chemicals, metals and minerals, toxic to plants and toxins from animals. To establish a diagnosis of poisoning and application of appropriate specific and / or symptomatic therapy.
        The outcome Student should be able to prevent the formation of poisoning animals exposed to xenobiotics, and if it is created it properly treated.

        Contents of lectures The effect of toxic substances (biotoxins, pesticides, overdose of drugs, industrial chemicals, metals and minerals) in organic systems, Toxicokinetics, methods of diagnosing poisoning and degree of toxicity of substances. Poisoning prevention, treatment and prognosis of poisoning.
