      Contents
      Contents of lectures Purpose of experimentation on animals (basic, applied and translational science, diagnostics, testing, training/education). Professional, scientific and ethical principles and rules of experimental animal practice. Housing. Experimental animal diseases. Feeding. Animal and non-animalni models. Risk and hazards of experimentations on animals.
      Contents of exercises Experimental animal handling - capturing, sexing, identification, blood sampling, medicament application, analgesia, anestesia, euthanasia. Request for approval of projects on experimental animals. Ethical assessment of procedures on experimental animals. Retrospective analysis of procedures on experimental animals.
